ND in red channels scrambled

Moved from Newcamd server to a CCcam supplier cccam online and active but channels scrambled (BBC1 etc work ok), channel list upto date.. noticed bottom of screen when change channels there is as red box with ND in it is this related. Any idea what the issue may be?
