Howdy folks,

I've just signed up to this company for my full fibre service and I was wondering if anyone had any realistic reviews of the service from them, I have seen some reviews (mixed) on the internet, but I was really wondering how they fared with IPTV etc and the blocks, any advice would be great.
Cheers. P.

Have you not done this the wrong way round?

Yep, pretty much sums me up, I have a 30 day cancellation clause with them and I don't get it installed until April fools day (definitely asking for it aren't I) 🤣
I nearly went with them but ended up going with Voda but same CityFibre network which has been solid for me and no blocks on anything.

An update for you all regarding 4th Utility, everything seemed fine until I tried to work form home, most of my work is hosted on AWS, and connecting to them was a major issue, all I got was network error, if I hotspot my PC to my phone I got in without issue, when calling 4th Utility is was an hours wait every single time, they'd suggest something for them and for me to try and when it didn't work I'd have to call back again (another 1hrs wait) so I eventually cancelled and went back to BT and Openreach, which meant another fibre cable installed to the house.

I'm sure 4th Utility will come good at some point in the future, but at the moment they don't have the customer service infrastructure in place.
