mobile internet

hi guys
dose any one know how much internet gets used while pluged into the openbox x3 and could i buy a mobile internet dongle and just buy a rj/usb adapter reason i ask is a mate works on motorway repair and moves up and down the country and stays in a caravan in the week and wonderd weather with a mobile dish this would work???

best to get a router with USB sharing of ur 3g dongle and connect box via cable to that and should work ok, concerns are with speed of 3g and consistency with data polling on a 3g connection cost seems to be little after re reading the post. most are hoping that the introduction of 4G will greatly benefit this type of use and allow for more steady viewing
