Missing Content VOD

Hi all,

Pretty new to IPTV. My son wants to watch Mike The Knight and most of the episodes on VOD are greyed out and says content not available (contact your provider.)

My question is: do I contact the person who provides my IPTV or can I just take it these episodes are not going to be available?

You need to contact your provider he will be able to tell you why there greyed out.
Usually when things get removed from vod you won't be able to find the have you tried a refresh of the playlist
