Magic eye already in place!!

Hi guys!!

I've set a zgemma H2s up for my inlaws but now they want another in bedroom wich is fine as there already a sky cabke there from previous multiroom and ill use homeplugs for ethernet!!

Question is: they've got a magic eye running from there to the kitchen which they'll like to continue using!!

Running more lines etc isn't an option so was wondering was there a way of usung an adapter to change the coaxial magic eye cable to fit the zgemma??

Does a coaxial to rca work?? Or would rcs a to scart then scart to av senders be better??

As I say I know i can change lnb and run cables to kitchen or use amazon fire stick but these iptions aren't suitable for them!!
