Magbox 254 channel loading issues

I am unable to get my channels to load up on the Magbox 254. Sub loads fine but when i select a channel the little box on right just stays blue. Nothing loads up. I have downgraded the firmware from 0.2.18-r23-254 to r22 firmware but still no joy. I have changed the video setting, still nothing. Out of 3 providers only 1 loads up fine. Would that be an issues from the providers side?? It is only on the Magbox 254.

Have you tried contacting your supplier? They might have changed the url off there service.

It works fine on firestick stb app. So the URL is correct. Its just on Magbox 254. Sub loads fine. Channel lists are there, its just not showing on the screen.

When your provider gave you the url did they send with https or without s for example http?

I have had this provider for yrs. I normally do firesticks. Iv done a few 250mags and been fine. Its just the 254.

Ok try http:// without the s if that doesn’t work then ask your provider or maybe look for a different service because I don’t see anything else causing the problem.
