MAG 322 Setup - Need help

Hello to all!

I recently changed my IPTV provider.

I restored my MAG 322 to factory settings.

The provider gave me 2 different URLs....

URL 1: http://___________/c/
URL 2: http://___________/username=_____&password=______

When I insert URL1 in the Portal URL, the portal loads. In the screen, I see: "Your STB is blocked. Call the provider."

When I insert URL2 in the Portal URL, the portal does not load.

I tried to do a software update of the MAG, but same issues.

I have not direct contact with the provider, but going through a friend...am I missing something in the setup?
Why did the provider give 2 different URLs? Is there a place in the MAG in which one can insert username and password? I didn't find it anywhere.

get your friend to contact provider give him your mac address to see if it is blocked on his side as for other url some can just take url:port ,username and password.
Restoring to factory settings is not always good thing depending on firmware some ip addresses are blacklisted that is why there was noblock firmware released by third party developers , if you have android phone you can try stb emu pro

Have you given your friend the correct mac code starting 00:1A:79 also try with just /c on end of mag portal.
Do you have a firestick at all if so you could install smarters or xciptv and use the details he’s given you which is username password and url.
Depending on which panel provider your provider is using it does also generate a username and password on mac lines
