lost channels

Hi all
My first real post and it's a problem already
Moved my box from one room to another set it all up and I've lost all music channels??
I've deleted everything factory reset and added everything back on but still missing not even scrambled logo just black screen
Any ideas you lovely ppl??

have you tried moving it back to the other room if it works there then it could be problem with your cable/wifi connection

Its the same Ethernet cable as I moved that too,WiFi was rubbish even though I've very fast fibre optic
I had a problem with a few channels,so search elsewhere and swapped the $ ones with another now works but music channels just won't work

few channels sounds more like a H or V problem? sky box on the dish as well?

Sky box on same dish but seperate line running 2 off quad
I'm saving all non hd channels into my favorites but all music channels nothing hd and non hd

I can't think of any fault that would affect only Music channels???

It can't be a cline problem, as most of the Music channels are FTA anyway.

It can't be a Horizontal or Vertical problem, as there's a mixture of both.

MTV music, Magic, Heat, Vintage TV, Planet Pop, NOW Music, Clubland TV, Channel AKA, Heart TV, & Capital TV are all on horizontal transponders, so shouldn't be affected by another box on the same LNB. That should only affect the channels on the vertical transponders.


...but, just in case, could you try turning off the other box completely (or removing the LNB connections) to see if that gets your channels back.

Got them all back guys
I deleted from my favs now there visable strange!!!
Finding the epg a bit of getting used to as in only working when it wants
Missus thinks I'm insane as my box is next to sky box and has all the same channels (for now) ha ha ha
