lost all iptv channels

hi,i accidentally changed the skin on my zgemma star 2s box from sky to virgin,when i changed it back all my channels had disappeared off my box.is they a way to get them back or will i have to buy a new iptv sub? any help will be appreciated.

on some images boquets will go hidden after a update etc like morning scans

on ipab image you have to tick the iptv boquets in ABM

have you checked your image to see if it has same option?

then re populate database after

Yea Your bouquet scanner will over right them

If you have abe2 it will need turned off so you won't get any channel updated on sky
ABM you can select bouquets to keep or hide, so when it updates it knows what to do with your personal bouquets


Abe2 is in plugins?
ABM is in service searching

when i go into ABM it doesnt have any iptv bouquets and when i try to populate database it says "tuning failed fatal" it seems like im missing something off the box?

turning failed * check turners at back of the box * do you only have 1 cable from dish or 2?

i dont run any cables from my dish, my iptv sub provider said just use my internet?
