HI All,
I hope you are well?!
I have a H.2H running VM... Box in living room was bought all setup, Bedroom box Ive just setup myself... both boxes with same line provider, different lines per box...
Both boxes work simultaneously, watching different channels etc however...
When watching a premium channel like discovery on one box and MTV on the other, the channels are prone to freezing for a few seconds and the channel change can be about 7-10 seconds before the picture appears.
if I turn one box off, all works seamless with no issues?
I'm using official VM splitter and VM cabling to each box. My house is a new build so VM installed all wiring, I merely added the splitter and used their cabling from wall to box.
Can anyone tell me if this is normal, a line issue or because VM can be a pain splitting the feeds? Would it make sense to have a line with one provider and another line with a different provider because it could be the same provider is causing conflict down the line?

Any thoughts would be great.
