and ....... lol, not sure myself on a cable box i'm afraid but im sure someone on here will know. Is it asking you to enter it manually ? or is there a import option button ?

Thanks very much for that. That makes sense according in terms of what was sent to me by way of the nline that i bough. Only problem is with the user id: i have been given 16 characters but theres only room for 15 characters in the settings! (everything else fits perfectly).
