ITV channels not working

Newbie
Hi, looking for some advice, my ITV channels are not working on my Freesat TV and my satellite box on my other TV, most other channels seem to be working ok...any ideas what could be causing just my ITV channels not to work? TIA

Itv 2hd, ITV BE, STV HD examples of ones not working, they are still active channels, I ran a rescan but they are still showing on EPG but not working, BBC, Channel 4 etc all still working...

they have changed frequency itv2 hd is 11386H 27500 2/3 DVB-S2 8PSK and scan be and other may appear as well.

Would the Freesat EPG not automatically update with updated frequencies?
Freesat channels should update automatically, maybe try a rescan or wait a few days.
STV HD is also on 12168 V 27500.

EPG and bouquets are different items. How are you creating/maintaining bouquets? If you are using ABM on your box, it will update them. But just because ABM adds them, it does not mean you can receive them. You may need to tweak your dish/LNB.

Update the satellites.xml file then scan whole satellite using Enigma2 (not ABM plugin). How many channels do you get? If less than 745, you have a reception problem (Dish/LNB).

For the Freesat TV, it should update automatically.

If a reception problem would that just affect ITV channels? Could that mean my satellite has moved slightly?

wellfan are you just using the TV for satellite and as stated above Freesat updates automatically but if no signal then it wont update so you could be right, dish moved, lnb fualty, loose cable. can you use signal meter in tv and put in the new frequency.

Yes using inbuilt satellite tuner in LG TV which uses Freesat....also have a zgemma box using whooshbuild connected to another TV connected to same satellite dish .....same problem on both with ITV/STV channels....I understand frequencies have changed but as been advised above thought Freesat tuner would update with new info automatically....

That box a bit on cheapo side but you could try signal finder and stick in ITV2 HD frequency and see if any signal then if dish low down get someone to give a tug either left or right but you have to pause for signal to reach receiver. not in the dark of course

Current settings on my LG TV for satellite, do they look ok?

Would a slight move in dish position only affect ITV/STV channels, would it not affect all channels?

yes but go down to transponder and toggle it to change to new itv2 frequency, it may already be available then see if you get signal, or enter details manually and its dvb-s2
