Issue with primary player

Hi all.

when I try to use primary player I get a black screen and the pop up message “time shift error: decoder initialization error”

To get round this I have been using backup player for a while now but the issue I’m having is that a lot of the channels have bad lag, the picture doesn’t bugger but all the movements are laggy, especially noticeable on sport.

Any ideas?
