Issue with Openbox

Hi I have an issue as of today I am unable to see my encrypted channels, worked fine since Novemeber. Can see bbc, itv ok..

I have tired the following

reloaded box ...numerous times
checked my interent .. internet good have infinity from BT
checked router and see the nat transaltion from openbox to the site on the port specified
using n line and status says online and has green tick
reloaded my ccam.cfg file just incase

I thought I had a 12month subscription could it be its been cut short?
If so does anyone have a test line that I could try, if so please PM me
Its all I can think of, unless anyone else has any ideas
