Dunno, but for the few seconds I watched up to York corner, it's the NW200
It's deffo video generated, and by the erratic movement of the onboard bike compared with the other bikes I'd guess that it is actual gameplay.
I've actually watched the full video now,
It's looks fairly realistic as to the actual course, albeit the (fairly) long straights seem to be a bit shortened, probably to do with gameplay experience, but I'd reckon it's pretty close.
I was looking for my mate on the right just before Church but he was probably in the house getting another beer,
