is it possible to have two lines to one box??

just a quick question. is it possible to have 2 lines active on one openbox V8s?? can i tick both lines as active, and say if one line is down it will automatically switch to the other line? or would you have to manually have to switch it across and reboot??

Yes you can but it can cause other issues,A good solid line should be fine,keep the second line on there just in case and you can just activate it as and when

I have 3 lines - 1 for Sat Uk, 1 for Euro & the other for cable.

Just to clarify, the OP is concerned with his Openbox V8S. Presumably Manc-Red you're talking about another box?

Apologies lads I'm on a TM Nano running MGCamd and thought this was a general question about using lines.

best way if you want 2 lines is to get an enigma 2 type box and then put oscam as your softcam...
with oscam you can use 2 lines and it will choose which is the best line to use on the fly

MGCamd for me is the most stable but each to their own I suppose :)

you cant use 2 lines at the same time on the fly with mgcamd, the user asked about using 2 lines at the same time
