IPTV black screen after firstick 4k update? running PIA vpn???

Im runnng stb emu & PIA vpn but im getting problems, it seems to have started after the new update, can any one else help?

My sub is working, as it lets me in & I can see the menu, but when I pick a channel its a black screen. all other apps are working which is strange.

Disable the VPN temporarily do you still have the same issue ?

Get ur provider to either kick the line or reset ip lock.

1st thing to do is do basic trouble shoot
Reboot your router wait till fully boots up, then power off the firestick for 5 mins then power back on and try again disable your vpn see if clears with out vpn.
If not connect the vpn then try again via different locations if no joy then contact your provider.
Don't know why people say contact provider straight away should always do basic troubleshoot first!!!!

Either revalidate or refresh your DNS , depending on app that you are using.

try changing the player in stbemu

Hi thank you all for replying, I got it back working, & this seems to be this problem, No network! but it lets me in, so I have a strange feeling that its the amazon firestick update, cause 3 others I know have had the same out come and it just after they have updated. I rebooted internet, still no joy, & everything was working with the internet anyway, then I reboot the firestick & still no joy, I went into the network & test the network Play/pause button & got: No network, so I forgot the password & then reconnected and it worked. my firestick as well as the others never had a problem until this new update. Thank you all
