IPTV Smarters Crashes

Hi, i've been using smarters on my fire TV and until now no problem. Then the favorites started to show 0 channels on some days, and later coming back. Now when i launch smarters and go into channels or other menus it just crashes... my subs work fine on a tablet or phone. I tried force stop/clear cache and reboot/switch off TV... i also checked disk space and it's fine... is there anything else i can do apart from reinstalling (which would be a pain!) ?

You could try clear data an input you credentials and set you favourites again before trying uninstall and reinstalling.
You said your sub works on other devices, did you use smarters on those other devices also?

yes I use smarters on other devices, it seems to be the app that's got a problem

Sounds like uninstalling and then reinstalling the app might be your best option. You’ll lose the saved favourites so it might be worth taking a photo before you reinstall. I’ve not seen any specific issues with Smarters on any forums

Yes it sounds like an issue with the app so clearing data is like a fresh install so you may as well uninstall and do a fresh install to be on the safe side just in case the app has become corrupted in some way…

If the user is using official smarters app with url (not modded ) they should be able to use official tvimate with url (not modded)

Check if there is an updated version to smarters app other devices may have updated if official appfire TV won't as it isn't in the app store

Alternatively see if the provider has dedicated apps to use. Neither should be hard to install via downloader

iptv smarters pro as a normal user I think I paid £5 for use on 5 devices but I have not updated in a while as I hardly ever use my android devices still using version 4.0.3 noticed
v 4.0.5 available now
but when I log into account it says

yeah i'm going to buy. I tried finding/copying the file where favorites would be kept but no luck :-( I used adb to connect to the TV and search for the files but there's nothing... i really wonder where they keep the file(s)

Quite a few suppliers have tivimate that works on evrey android device. So it's worth asking.
