ET8500 QUAD TUNER iptv issue

Hi all can anyone shed some light on a issue I'm having with the iptv player on my et8500,
Sometimes when I try o watch a film or program it will come up with - there is no free space on the drive (/hd/movie/), it's strange because I've watched the same thing before with no problem?

is this a hdd or usb in use as i would be checking if labelled correctly and size is correct and mounted?

16gb USB it is mounted right. Only seems to happen on some things I can change to a different server and it will play everything in there listings, just seems strange that I can watch something and try and watch it again it comes up with the message.

No nothing's recorded on the USB it's just when I go into iptv player it sometimes comes up with the message when I click on a movie or show to watch.
