instalation zgemma h2s no signal on some channels.

ive tried to run a zgemma hs2 on singal wire from satalite which was running a open box all channels work fine on open box when the zgemma h2s is connectd some channels are coming up with 0 percent signal and not working bt sport and irish channels working skyfi channel working all free view working with signal strengh from 50 to 80 percent the dish only has singal lnb have put new coax but makes no differnce should i change lnb or is dish no good any suggestions would be a great help many thanks.

i tried two boxs with fresh installations on them if thats what you mean

The Snr on freeview is normally about 90% and paid channels around 70% so your sigmal is low for sure,I would check the dish alienment and then the lnb,If you can put the box on another dish and see if the channels work then you know its dish related

If it's a Zgemma h2s it will be a twin tuner, check you have the right tuner on
