IBO player problems

Hi have IBO Player pro on Hisense TV ,been working perfectly but now comes up no internet connection even though all other apps work perfectly ,Tried to deinstall reinstall but cant do that either ,Any ideas
 
Think there has been a few issues with it.

Although smart tvs sound good all in one. Maybe better with a separate device.

Do the the obvious things and make sure tv software is upto date see what happens

Use a different app problem solved
 
Does the Hisense TV run google TV? If so, I would look at downloading another app to see if you can get better luck. Personally not a fan of IBO player myself... but I know some folks out there love it!

No hisense don't run android. If I was going down that route would get Amazon fire tv
 
The main reason I was asking because it would give us an idea as to what other options the OP has for apps to try out. IBO player has some issues for folks, so I figured we'd be able to recommend some other apps for them to try out!

Ibo pro player working perfectly on a LG TV or maybe try factory reset your TV.
 
Is it the official ibo app your using.. or associated ibo player app.. reboot tv/ try remove re-install as the app(s) automemorise your files.. see how u go

To add to this just a touch... I would recommend uninstalling the app and then rebooting the tv. Sometimes that helps as well with clearing out any data left behind by the app during the uninstall process.
