Many places are asking for crypto payments now. Here is a simple guide if you don't want too much hassle

1 go here Buy Bitcoin instantly with credit / debit card | Invity.io

2. Enter cost of your purchase

3. It will come up with a list of options choose top one you can normally pay with card.

4 Choose coin

5 copy and paste the wallet id. You are told to use

6 follow on screen prompts

All done. It's very simple

There is a bit more to it than that mike. Most people unfamiliar with crypto would not understand how it all works.

Well yes it mentions that. 4 choose coin. The person you are buying off will tell you which one

I would think the recipient would ask you to pay with a crypto with the lowest network transaction fee’s like Tron Stellar XRP etc.
But I suppose it depends on how genned up they are on crypto.

But I suppose it depends on how genned up they are on crypto.n my experience usually take one of BTC, ETC, or LTC.
In my experience I've found BTC, ETC, or LTC as the most common coins accepted

EDIT: I meant ETH, not ETC. Apologies

LTC had low network transaction fees but BTC and ETH can have high fee’s depending on network congestion.
BTC and ETH are the top two with highest market caps and popular because people are more likely to have heard of them.
But I suppose it’s not going to really affect low value transactions really but it all depends on how thrifty someone is.

Yeah popular or not it's not up to the customer in my experience. I always keep a stash of LTC for the lower network fees and would recommend it over BTC if applicable for other's situation.

My best how to use crypto unsolicited advice is to stake and use the interest rewards to pay for services. Ie, stake SOL, swap for LTC, or whatever (y)

Revolut is very simple to exchange proper currency into crypto.
Would you be able to explain how to pay someone with crypto using revolut? I’ve done some googling and seems to suggest you have to make a ‘crypto card’ but when I try and add a new card I don’t get the option of crypto.

sending crypto with Revolut is actually pretty simple! First, make sure you’ve bought the crypto you want to use. Then, if the person you’re paying has Revolut, you can send it directly through the app just go to ‘Payments,’ pick their name, and select the crypto to send.

Don't need a virtual card at all. Simply click on the crypt option select which coin you want to buy. Example bitcoin - enter the amount then purchase it and the balance will come off your GBP balance.

If you want to send someone £123 English pounds but via crypto, they'll tell you which one, if they want bitcoin or ethereum or a different one, you'll send £123, it may be a quid or so in charges.

It's no different to sending US dollars or Japanese Yen, they get their required currency and you pay in GBP.

In coinbase, if I want bitcoin, I get a fifty digit code b6Y7tW3X7bp95FD etc, I give this to the sender.
He sends to that code, no names, email addresses etc and it comes directly to me.
If i want ethereum or something else I get a different code, it still comes to me

Work it backwards baz. You put the amount in GBP and it will convert it to the value of that coin on that particular time. You purchase it and the balance will show in your crypto account and the balance on your GBP will be deducted accordingly. To send payment to someone else you enter the long digits sent and send

@bazcfc1
You are assigned a unique wallet address depending if you are using an online account, software or a hardware wallet.
You have one for each and every Crypto you actually use.
All the transactions are on a public ledger but you don’t see names you just see wallet addresses.
It’s all traceable but there are some untraceable privacy coins but they are only really available on unregulated decentralised exchanges.
