How to setup VM cable on Openvix

Hi, Can someone advise how to setup Virgin Media on Open Vix. I cant seem to get channels working. Iv entered the the area code for Leicester 0012. Need help from someone who has setup a line with cable VM.

double check the line is correct. have you scanned in all the channels. have you tried restarting the cam. you using a n line?
