How to sell h2 with ipab tv loaded

Hi, I have a h2 box that I no longer need and want to sell. It has ipab tv loaded, I tried to do a factory reset but cant manage it. Is it ok to sell as is or does it need to be put back to how it came out of the box please? Appreciate any help, thanks

Just flash atv and leave it there
