How to renew Hotstar subscription

Hi, my current hotstar subscription is coming to an end soon and im trying to renew for another year. The problem I’m having is when I press the sync subscription button i keep getting the “oops! No payment found” error message. Can anyone advise on how I can overcome this and renew for another year please.
