Ingredients:
2/3 cup of Vegetable Shortening
1 1/2 cup of packed light brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp of vanilla
1 tsp of water
1 1/2 cups of flour
1/3 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 tsp of baking soda
1/2 tsp of salt
2 cups of semisweet chocolate chips
Directions:
1. At first heat the oven to 375F
2. Beat vegetable shortening and sugar using an electric mixer in a large bowl.
3. Beat one egg.
4. Then beat other eggs with vanilla extract and water.
5. Then add flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt in a small bowl.
6. Stir flour mixture into creamed mixture at low speed until just blended; fold in chocolate chips.
7. Now drop spoonfuls of dough 2 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheets.
8. Now bake the cookies 7-9 minutes.
