Help v8s firmware

Hi I updated my box to the epg 7day channel list it's not working right now how do I go back to my old firmware or where can I get it from and how to do it. My new to all this but don't won't to brick box. If I do a factory setting will that put it back to the firmware that come on box or will it delete everything thanks.

You do NOT need to flash/update firmware to get epg...

Click the Menu Button and go across to System Setup (you will see this on top right * the name*)
You will then see EPG & Time Setting, now you will have set this to XML switch it to Satellite then press Exit.
Now your box will show the 2-3hours channel and information again.

Usually when you enable the XML you need to go into the XML Settings and do an update, very easy which is just pressing the Red Button when it is highlighted on United Kingdom..

Make sure you have a usb inserted for it to save the epg to usb or you will fill the onboard memory
