Help ?? Spiderbox users

I have a motorised spiderbox and updated my channel list since then I have lost all my other satellites like hotbird sky Italia all my French channels does any one have any software that can get them
Back ??? I only have Astra 28 sky channels at mo

what box is it more info when you ask questions - you need to set your motor bck up what is your motor set up in the menu disq or usals
