Help setting up KodiDirect/VPN

Hi

Appreciate if anyone can help on this.

Installed the kodidirect plugin on Vix. Have downloaded the NBCSports Live extra but apparently doesn't work as I needed a VPN.

Subscribed to purevpn. I've setup OpenVPN but says not running.

Found loads of different instructions on how to FTP the config files, have done this as best as I can but don't understand how to get it working.

I've FTP'd

ca.crt
Wdc.key
password.conf (with my login details for purevpn)
client.conf

Not sure what I'm supposed to edit in the client.conf file though other than the auth-user-pass line though.

Be grateful if anyone can assist getting this setup.

Hi,

I am pretty sure that the NBC Sports Live Extra add on in Kodi does not work any more mate. The service was updated recently and there is now cookie that is downloaded from the site to the system that has logged into it so the add on will not work any more at the moment even with a VPN to the US. There may well be a fix in the pipeline but there is nothing working yet that I know of.

I don't know about setting up the VPN. I am sure someone can help though.
