help required setting up openbox v5s

I've just brought a v5s box however I've managed to get the Freeview channel and I have the youtube app working,all other channels are scrambled have I not set it up right
or do I need to buy something else your help is appreciated sorry if I've post in wrong section

Well you need to pay someone a subscription to get all the $ channels to play if only we could all get sky for £45 for a box haha

Hi I am also stuck i recently bought a V5s and trying to set it up has been a nightmare, according to amazon it comes with a gift but im not sure where that gift is if its built in or does it come seperately
