I seen your other post and as others have said the line won't fix your issue as you said BBC 1 isn't even working. A line doesn't effect this channel.
S*y themselves have blocked most of the channels that a line is used for like sports and movies and kids etc so even if you got a new line a lot of the channels would be off.
A few things are possible to have happened, your dish could have moved slightly, easiest way to check is to plug a different satellite box in and see if channels work on it. If they don't then it's a dish issue. Check signal strength on the channels, the wires could have come loose. You could have a bad update and need a different one. Or your box itself is broke
