HELP!!newbie here

Hi all,
newbie here, please go easy!
ive got a skybox f3, downloaded a channel list from ajsat onto my usb stick, and have a test for a cline.

Ive installed the cline and channel list, but every channel keeps saying no signal! even channels such as itv2 etc.

bit unsure what else to do, any advice would be great!

Try menu--installation--sat list---go thru the list and ensure only number 15 is ticked---save,exit.
Menu---installation---lnb,on.
In network settings ensure DHCP is on.
Menu--installation---single sat scan---exit when finished ,then insert your channel list and line.
Hopefully you should have channels.
Make sure your ethernet cable is flashing to indicate internet working.
