Help needed

Hi i got a zgemma s2 for my neighbour set it all up in my house with the c line and works great but when i set it up in his house only get free channels. his internet is good and theres a strong signal from the dish but the line just stays red in CCcam info. as soon as i set it back up in my house it works fine. driving me mad now, any ideas??

If he has a BT hub then try this.

In BT.

Turn off parental controls

Turn off web protect


In the router settings.

Turn off BT access control

While on the subject of router settings
I have a mate with an Openbox on Sky BB.

I have the exact same problem, fine at mine and not a sausage
as his.

Box is hardwired by ethernet between router and box.

Could this be a router setting too ?

His WiFi is fine, so should I try a dongle ?
