Help needed. ZGemma H.2S

Hi all I recently purchased a ZGemma H.2S after coming across this site. I have attempted to put Wooshbuild onto the box following instructions from here.

The basic layout is on the box but the tv guide is blank and none of the tv channels are playing? I was under the impression I would be able to view the free channels before I purchase a line?

I am very new to all this and know there must be something I am not doing, but any help would be gratefully appreciated.

You should be able to view Fta channels without the line, you defo flashed and ran autobouquets to your region?

I followed the instructions and as far as I'm aware it was flashed correctly. I haven't ran auto bouquets but I selected my region when initially setting up wooshbuild. Will that make a difference?

press down arrow, blue for favs, try your fta channels

you got 2 sat feeds from the dish to your box, one feed should be in lnb, and the other should be in the feed tuner b, think its the right of the two on the bottom of the box

I do have the 2 feeds one is in lnb which is the top one and I have the other connection in the bottom right but this says tuner b. The one on the left says tuner b?

its defo the lnb and the one to the right, if you aint got fta then your dish must be out alignment

My dish is definitely working. I still have my active sky subscription and I have the football on it at the moment

A few questions for you...

You did download and install the correct Wooshbuild version for the H2.H didn't you as there's various editions for various boxes
When you put Wooshbuild on, was both the cables connected to the tuners?
You don't have SlyQ do you?
Go into menu > setup > service searching > signal finder to check signal strength / quality

If not getting FTA, its a hardware issue, and/or your running SkyQ. if you are running skyq, 2 options, 1. get an old style Lnb, and just watch on zgemma, or get a hybrid Lnb and watch all signals as hybrid automatically decodes the signal..

I'm having exactly the same problem, except ive upgraded from an openbox and ive got my cline on the h2s, got the channel list all there but nothing playing

What firmware? ... where have you put the line on the box? ... have you enabled cccam in softcam manager? ... more input! ;)

Hi all, I'm also having problems, after checking out posts on this site I have installed telly mote app on my I phone & upgraded to stream from Zgemma h2s, since then my line has stopped and can only get free channels & im lost as to how to resolve this so any advice will be much appreciated

We are talking about a zgemma box aren't we so have you put firmware on it? i.e Wooshbuild etc.

I put the cline on a usb and did it through the plugins

You need to check your box to make sure it's gone into the right folder

and yes it was enabled?

If you go into your softcam manager, see if cccam is running - if not press green to start or it it's running, press yellow to restart it.
