Help needed with subscription

Hi Guys, I'm not sure how to go about this, so please forgive me if I make any mistakes.
I bought a S11 last year with a years subscription and the guy told me to call him, when it went off, to renew it.
Anyway, I have now lost the conection, but the phone number I have is dead.
can anyone tell me where I can subscribe to another server? Cheers.
