Cable Help flashing

H7c, wooshbuild infinity.

Been running for a few months problem free until I get the recurring”WB” symbol every 30 secs, that stops everything working. I got no replies to this in whoosh section so am trying to flash my backup.

My stick is formatted etc correctly but no matter how I try, I cannot flash this box. I hold the little button under the flap from power on till it comes back on, I’ve tried all sorts.

Any help as to how to flash this box appreciated.

The fact it has a built in hdd, so I need to remove this first?

Internal hdd doesn't matter. Just flash using the image manager.

ive tried using blue-flash local but it doesnt show anything.

ive tried two sticks now with 2 diff backups, but it wont flash.

ive started again from scratch, ave no idea whats going on. hate these issues....

Hi, I had this issue on WooshBuild infinity. Set to default skin first, you should then be able to flash online.
