HD Channels on H2H Problem

I've got H2H setup with VM gift and can receive most channels no problem. I cannot get HD and or PPV, which apparently I should. They are all listed in theEPG but when selected the screen is just black. I've tried many things to no avail. I'm using latest wooshbuild. Any help activating these channels would be gratefully received.

Can you get 1-5 on standard definition ?

Yes, and all other SD channels.

Did you tick "swap Channels" in ABM?

are you 100% sure you have correct net id and most hd are on qam 256 are they not?

So HD channels have now started working and I don't know why, but they are working. Thank you for the replies.
