H2h no signal issue

Right I'm new to virgin zgemma I'm 100% with sky but no matter what I can't get a signal on h2h at all ... what am I doing wrong getting nothing on the cable side but freeview on the sky side only want it for VM side but no matter what I do don't get any signal at all no freeview etc I've got VM broadband etc I'm not sure if im wiring wrong or something wrong with the box is there any images of how should be wired up to VM broadband

Have you followed any ones guide.
Which stage are you up too.?Have you got your line transferred over to the box?
Have you scanned for channels using ABM ?
Is your softcam running?

So far all wired up with the way I've been told image on and installed line haven't but on yet thought you did the scan first like sky on setup of the image I'm using it prompted to scan first so did that nothing found which instructions for vm sides best I've turned off tuner a so only turner b enabled
