gigabyte uefi problem

my pc, not that old has recently been "throwing up" this screen when i start it up

it says along the top "gigabyte-uefi duelbios" any one have any idea what this is ? i have to restart the pc about 4-5 times before it starts correctly, like i say its not that old & wondered if the motherboard is knackered , any help or info appreciated
