Check the IP address is correct for your box !!!

On your remote

Menu - Information - Network

Then

host: IP address
user:root
pass: leave blank
port:21

then Quick connect

Got that all rite it's saying critical error and on my vu zero + it's an error message saying online check and my line has dissapeare of it

do you try hitting ok twice

did you run a network test on box ,maybe box and router need a reboot and as said recheck ip.

[URL keep getting this error and my network ok tried in one of my family's houses I also have the amiko hd upstairs and it says server running but all scrambled and I did a channel update it's reckon my head lol

your familys house is not your network
check the ip of your box as bees said

I did it's 192.168.0.2 I changed it and still the same since this error my server part and details have been.removed like that menu had dissapeard

is this what you are putting in filezilla? have you ever changed the password?

make sure your box ip hasn't changed. menu information network ip:
try pressing quickconnect a 2nd time, when starting the programme
I'm struggling at seeing what your pics say, load them the right way at least
if you do as we have said, there is no reason for you not to get to your box by ftp.
