Firestick 4k downloading issues

Hi guys,
I have a firestick 4k with downloader app installed. in the past i have been downloading apps using downloader to install but recently after download when i try to install it i get a message APP NOT INSTALLED. I have tried using unlinked app and get the same message when trying to install.

App from unknown sources is ON
I have deleted downloader and reinstalled (via appstore which works fine)
I have restarted firestick
I have 1gb storage available
Firestick says its on latest update

Any ideas please or anyone else having these issues?

Have you spoken to your provider. Been issues since the last update for some its an easy fix
 
Sorry guys, this is not an IPTV issue (or have i posted this in wrong section) its to do with downloading and installing on firestick which is not happening for me

So which apps are you trying to install?
Have you removed unused apps?
Do other installed apps work as normal?

Any app, no app is installing, i have tried many, it says APP NOT INSTALLED for e.g iptv smarters as 1 example
Yes other installed apps work as normal

Have you enabled Developer Options in My Fire TV > about?
If this is disabled you won't be able to install anything

Yes thats all fine, everything was working fine before, dont know why it is doing this, im guessing everyone else is having no issues with this?
 
Try to factory reset the device and see what happens and remember to enabled Developer Option.

Tell them there’s a rumour going around that Amazon spy on their customers and your supplier has done a bunk anyway and you have no use for it now.
But first it’s worth trying clearing cache or a reset.
 
I found side loading somewhat hit and miss, some work many dont. Best way i found was to use a downloader short code off troypoint to install an apk store then install from there.
