How do these things work?
I've got a few, bee TV and a few others on my Android device but none of them work.
They did work until an update was released, which seems to be twice weekly, then nothing at all on any of them.
Do they have to be manually removed each time then a new one downloaded?

some do need to be removed before installing a new version but mostly I have found that if they don't work you need to turn on or change VPN location as can be geo-blocked if inside the UK

As an EG, I have bee TV, nova and filmplus, all worked fine when first installed, now none of them open anything, even after updating.
What I mean is, adding updates must be a waste of time if they actually need removing and new versions installing?
Not used a VPN on the Android at any point in past year or so

I have so little time these days that I hardly ever get to watch anything through a TV so I'm probably out of date with things but as I'm sure you already know anything you do through the internet can be seen by your ISP so it's always recommended to use a VPN to lessen any interest from your ISP. The last android apk I used was Cinema on the firestick & that still updates/works fine (the Mrs would have informed me if it didnt)

How do you mean they dont work im assuming not finding links ? Or is it the links not playing.

I just update no real issues on Android 9

The updates can be for many reason but commonly to add working servers and to removing not working ones. Use as is you can manage, but as the say no such thing as a free lunch and if there is it wont last hence the updates. Team these with a Real debrid account and they work really well.
