EPG won't download

Hey all.

I'm having issues on the skyglass (smarters) app when trying to update EPG. It just never downloads. On settings it shows EPG found for 0 channels.

It's not a problem with my provider as it works absolutely fine on my phone with same details, it just seems to be on my chromecast. So far I've tried basics of cache clear, check settings are all as they were (worked fine before), log out, reinstall and nothings made a difference.

My phone downloads the full guide in around a second, I've left the chromecast for hours and no luck. Any help is appreciated!

How do you mean? I've reinstalled it but not tried a completely different app. I'm clued up with tech but not so much with iptv. Would I speak to my provider about using a different app?

Yes, the fixes they would recommend are what I've already tried, but as it worked fine before and works fine on my phone I'm more leaning towards an issue with the device

Same app same log in. Everything on the surface seems identical on the TV and phone app

Have you tried adjusting the network settings on your Chromecast or ensuring it’s connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your phone?

I have indeed. Also tried 4g connection and vpn with no luck

Go to settings on main menu/home screen.
Click other settings.
Make sure EPG is set to 1 day, not 2 or 3 days as it may be too big to download.

Once it's set to 1 day, exit.
Clear the cache.
Reboot the device at power supply.
Clear the cache again.
Reboot a second time, then open the app, if the update doesn't complete, click settings and update manually
