Anyone else having loads of channels blank with epg, using tivimate?

I have 2 separate subs and both are missing so much h has been like it for weeks now getting no help from suppliers just saying update epg...which is set auto date every 2 hours anyway. Manual updating isn't doing anything funny enough lol.
Seem to remember a issue with epg a while back.

Your epg is supplied by your supplier so dependant on them.
If you haven’t already tried then force stop Tivimate and clear cache.
Also shutdown your hardware including router for a couple of minutes.
Then if no joy try deleting playlists and reload them.
Make a backup first though.
I personally wouldn’t have my epg update every two hours and once a day is enough imo.

1:Try a different app like smarters or ibo player and if that doesn’t work then get a trial from another supplier so u can narrow down if it’s an app issue or your current supplier issue.

Cheers bud ...just have tried these methods i have my router setting on a maintenance reset once a week Fridays lol. I'll try reloading the playlists perhaps that will help.

You could also download the app myTVonline on your phone and try your playlist on that to see the results.
There is a free version available for Android and iOS.

My Tivimate app on Android TV seems reliable for EPG for me.
However, using the same supplier, and using "TiviMax IPTV Player" app on my Macbook, I sometimes have EPG issues....

My solution = clear cache, download the EPG manually, wait a few minutes, close app - re-open and it works as expected again

Always bit apprehensive sticking my sub details into free apps ...

I have tried loads of iptv players including free ones and never had any issues tbh.
Rare for malicious apps to get on Google playstore or Apple App Store.

Well one sub has populated the other hasn't and the same sub on my flix app is also the same so seems it's definitely the supplier..
Cheers all ....poxy annoying as 😆
