EPG issues

Hi guys I'm hoping someone can help. I had issues updating my ABM because I had an old version set up. I have flashed my zgemma h52tc and installed grogbuild. I have an issue now where even though all the sat UK ones are ticked it still brings up 0 events

Have you pressed blue/ source then looked for UK/ire or xmltv uk/sat vm and ticked all 6 then pressed green to save then press yellow to import and select yes and then wait till import finished

Yeah I have tried all that

Just can't understand why it's not coming up. It usually doesn and its so frustrating

Yeah just done that now with no luck. Where it normally says the channel number and name it now says.. FROM BOUQUET 'userbouquet.favourites.tv order by bouquet

Are you talking about EPG or bouquets?

When I press TV to get favourites it just shows Favourites(TV). When I try to load the EPG it shows 0 events so basically I have got no channel list or channels showing

So what do you want to deal with first? EPG or Bouquets? It is unwise to deal with both items simultaneously.

Please do not mix them up. Deal with one at a time

Which image are you using? Please post the exact date of the image. Either date it was created /updated.
You can find out by Menu> Information > About

When you run ABM, what error do you get?
(ABM does not mention anything about events)

Using open atv 6.3 and then put grogbuild on. Installed on 20/08/2019

When I start scan on ABM reading Virmin UK is fine it finds 385 channrls but when tuning sly it shows failed to tune sly UK on tuner A. I don't have sly installed and didn't the last time I put grogbuild on either

Go into the providers menu of ABM and disable Sky.

ABM will only show providers that you have tuners for. If you don't see Sky, just save and exit.

You will have to disable that particular tuner, not just telll ABM not to look for SKY channels, won't you? Then run ABM, It will give you your bouquets, then move onto your EPG Problem.

Done and started scan. It has got some bouquets but not all like before. Entertainment sports movies all missing

Restart your receiver and then post a screenshot of the bouquets. Can't be guessing what you are seeing or not.

You are seeing the bottom section of your list of bouquets. Scroll up and look at the top. The others will be there.

OK, you have no EPG. How are you obtaining EPG? i.e what method are you using?
Which plugin/s?
What options have you enabled?
