epg 7 day

I've put the new 7 day epg on my f5s but have noticed that some channels have no info do I need to reload the sw I, ve tried in the xmltv setting to update but this hasn't worked.

Did you update XMLTV EPG from setting in network app.

I do turn it off at night by the socket just on the safe side as I read that the charger can get v hot, I also read that it does a lot of its updating over night so maybe thats the problem although I was hoping once on for a hour or so it would be back up to date.
