Dual Audio Samsung Tablet

Does anyone understand dual audio technology?

Basically, all I want to do is watch Netflix using Bluetooth headphones on my Samsung galaxy A10.1 tablet alongside my wife on a plane.
I have followed this Samsung tutorial, and got to the part where you "tick" both sets of headphones, but I don't have a tick box.

How can I use Dual audio to share media on multiple devices?

I can attach both sets, and toggle between them (listen to one at a time) but not listen to them both simultaneously.

I got onto Samsung chat, and he said there's a thing called "dual audio headphones" and I need these. I suspect he's wrong as I Google this term and I get a set of headphones with 4 units, or a headphone jack that splits into two female Jack's.

I'm trying to use two pairs of Lenovo Bluetooth headphones with the tablet.

Anyone got any help? Cherrs

I hope you get it sorted mate as although i don't understand the technology i have also tried to do what you are trying to do. Using an couple of years old firetablet if simply purchased a one usb c to 2 output ubc c adapter. I plugged both wired head phones in and it worked a treat. So last year i downloaded all our movies and series onto a new levono tab 11 and tried to set it up using bluetooth and only one pair would connect at a time. I took the same connector as before and when on the plane it would not work. Only 1 x set able to listen at a time.

  • Pair both Bluetooth headphones to your tablet.
  • Go to the Bluetooth settings and tap on the three dots in the upper-right corner.
  • Select "Dual Audio" to enable it.
  • Both headphones should now play audio simultaneously.
Not sure if that is correct, saw on a forum

It may be that you device does not support dual audio @wheelo from the link you pasted
  • The Dual Audio feature is limited to certain devices with Bluetooth 5.0

Does that video help? I know its for the tab 7 but the method should be the same.
No, that's the exact same as I followed, but I've no "tick box" to select both at once.

Yeah, it's a pain, I have a dual earphone socket, so can use wired headphones.

No, that option isn't there, the tablet definitely supports dual audio, tech support suggested that the headphones have to support it ( I don't think he's right, not sure though)
