Drive partition on PC

Looking at my 2tb drive on disc management its partitioned as follows:-

499mb healthy recovery partition
100mb EFI system partition
1861gb ntfs
528mb healthy recovery partition
450mb healthy recovery partition

What is the health recovery partition and do I need almost 1.5gb of it?

This isnt the drive which contains my OS

you have read that wrong those are 3 seperate partitions and you do need them and it is a good idea to name your actual data partitions

You don’t need a recovery partition as long as you have a backup boot USB and backup file.
The EFI partition is important.
They are not taking up that much space really for a large drive.

sometimes if you have multiple drives the bot partition cand be on a non booting drive. generaly on a normal setup you will end up with three partition, the biggest will be your system drive. your other drive has 2 partitions for data so looks correct.
