Display Date/Time on Mutant HD51-4K front display

currently the box displays which channel i'm viewing on its front panel display

anyone know how to get it to display date/time instead of channel ?

im running oppenvix latest image with Vix-Night-HD skin

There's a 'show clock always' setting somewhere.
From memory I think it is in Menu > Setup > System > LED settings or front panel

thanks willo, i don't see 'LED settings' and in system i see front display settings , but there's no show clock always option

It's ages since I dabbled with the settings and it may vary with different images.
I'm sure it used to be in front panel settings.
Just have a browse through all the settings screens, it will be in there somewhere.
I'm at work so can't look myself.

you could always try the permanent clock plugin.

found a fix for this , if anyone intereste here's how :
There is a plugin in extensions. ( permanent VDF clock)
Once you have downloaded then go back to plugins menu. Press ok on THE PLUGIN. Press right arrow on the first menu "activate permanent vid clock". Press green ok. Restart box.
The clock and date will show after a few seconds.
