You can pick a location and pay for for a month, year or 3 years and then can connect to it from multiple devices so 2 devices from two different locations will work fine but the dedicated IP and county will be the same.
I tried it a while back but even their dedicated IP was blocked by the service I was trying to access. They refunded me since they couldn't get one to work. I ended up just getting a virtual machine in said country and configured wireguard on it. So basically my own dedicated vpn and surprisingly that wasn't blocked.
Ah I see, I don't use debrid personally so don't know how ban happy they are or if they notice anything strange. I think it's coming out cheaper if you get a real debrid for each person than the dedicated IP option if it's just two people.
RD have recently reduced the amount of requests users can make daily because of account sharing and excessive downloading.
The reason their servers where down a couple of months ago.
Not sure if two users sharing an account could reach those limits but possibly.
You get a warning then banned for account sharing if caught.
Using a static ip address can hide account sharing but not sure how much they cost from VPN providers.
Also RD have a VPN whitelist so not sure if you can use VPN’s that are not on it as I have never tested.
But I would imagine they would let you know.
